Grow your boiler business with qualified local enquiries

Berkshire Boiler Care helps local homeowners find independent boiler engineers. Customers submit enquiries through this website, and we review them before offering suitable opportunities to approved local engineers.

How it works

A clear route from enquiry to introduction.

We qualify the basic details first. You see enough non-sensitive information to decide whether an opportunity is relevant before any agreed customer handover.

01

Customer enquiry

A homeowner describes the job through the Berkshire Boiler Care website.

02

Enquiry review

We review the information and check that the enquiry is suitable to offer.

03

Relevant opportunity

Suitable approved engineers may receive a privacy-safe summary of the opportunity.

04

Your decision

You decide whether the location, job and timing suit your business.

05

Agreed handover

If you accept, we coordinate the customer handover in line with their sharing choice.

Simple lead pricing

Transparent fixed prices, with no percentage commission.

A lead charge applies only when you agree to accept an opportunity. Repair leads are the initial active outreach and routing focus; we do not promise enquiry volumes in any category.

Boiler servicing lead

£15

per accepted lead

Boiler installation/replacement lead

£50

per accepted lead

Start with £60 credit

Your first three repair leads are effectively free.

Approved new engineers receive £60 introductory lead credit — equivalent to three £20 repair leads.

Berkshire Boiler Care records this credit and confirms accepted lead charges with you. The credit has no cash value and is used only against lead charges. Once it has been used, the fixed prices shown above apply.

Questions, answered clearly

Frequently asked questions

Straightforward answers about lead pricing, account credit and how opportunities are offered.

What happens if a lead is invalid?

If a lead contains incorrect or unusable contact details, is fake, spam, fraudulent or otherwise not a genuine enquiry, or the customer is genuinely uncontactable after reasonable attempts, report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the customer details.

We will review the lead and, where it is confirmed as invalid, credit the full lead value back to your account. Credit would not normally be provided simply because the customer:

  • decides not to proceed;
  • chooses another provider;
  • does not award you the job;
  • does not make an appointment;
  • cannot agree the price, timing or scope with you; or
  • leads you to decide the job is unsuitable.

Those are normal commercial outcomes from a genuine enquiry. We stand behind the validity of the enquiry, not the commercial outcome of a genuine enquiry.

How much do leads cost?
  • Boiler servicing: £15 per lead
  • Boiler repair: £20 per lead
  • Boiler installation/replacement: £50 per lead

Approved new engineers currently receive £60 introductory lead credit.

Do I have to pay a subscription or joining fee?

No. There is no joining fee and no monthly subscription. You pay only for leads you choose to accept, subject to any introductory or account credit available to you.

Are leads sent to several engineers at once?

No. Leads are offered to one suitable engineer at a time rather than being simultaneously sold to multiple engineers. If you decline or do not take the lead within the relevant offer period, it may then be offered to another suitable engineer.

Before you decide

Useful details without open distribution.

You may be given information such as:

  • The type of job
  • The approximate area
  • A broad description of the problem
  • Relevant boiler or job details where available

Customer names and contact details are not openly distributed to multiple engineers. They are shared only as part of an agreed handover and in line with the customer's recorded choice.

You stay in control

Take only the work that suits your business.

  • No obligation to accept an opportunity
  • Decline jobs that do not suit you
  • Set your own availability and customer pricing
  • Control your own scheduling and whether you take on the work
  • No subscription, long contract or exclusivity requirement

Berkshire Boiler Care is a lead and referral service. The independent engineer, not Berkshire Boiler Care, assesses and undertakes any boiler work under their own business terms.
